Class times will be 0530, noon and 1730

Warm up:
400 m run
10 pass throughs
10 Overhead squats
10 walking lunges each leg
10 box jumps
20 double unders
10 kb swings



WOD:
800 m run or 1000 m row
50 pull ups
800 m run or 1000 m row
50 box jumps (24/20)
150 double unders (3 to 1 singles)
50 kettlebell swings (53/35) (35/25)
