Snatch, Squat and Deadlift

Warmup:
400m run
15 PVC overhead squats
15 PVC pass throughs 
Punter kicks- length of dumpster fence


WOD:

5 sets for max load-
Hang Power Snatch- Hang Snatch- 3 Overhead Squats

Then:
3x10 reps of Romanian Deadlifts
