So enough people asked about it, that I decided to post a WOD for New Years.  I will be there tomorrow to sweat out the alcohol with you, so let’s ring in the New Years Centurion style!  Start time will be 1200 to give athletes ample time to wake up caffeinate and hydrate.

Warm Up

100 single Unders
10 PVC OHS
10 kip swings
10 jumping pull ups
10 unbroken DU or 30 SU

New Years 2018!

20+18 reps = 38 reps /3:80 = 4:20 rest

3 rounds, each round for time, of: 38 Pull-ups 38 Snatches, 75/55 lbs 38 Double Unders Rest 4:20 between each round.

This is the big one!  We designed this just for our athletes who apparently have nothing better to do than torture themselves just before Christmas.  After you finish this workout, you will be ready to face Christmas dinner with confidence that your caloric deficit will cover whatever your family throws at you!  Merry Christmas!
