Monday 01 Jan 2017 New Years!

So enough people asked about it, that I decided to post a WOD for New Years.  I will be there tomorrow to sweat out the alcohol with you, so let’s ring in the New Years Centurion style!  Start time will be 1200 to give athletes ample time to wake up caffeinate and hydrate.

Warm Up

100 single Unders
10 PVC OHS
10 kip swings
10 jumping pull ups
10 unbroken DU or 30 SU

New Years 2018!

20+18 reps = 38 reps /3:80 = 4:20 rest

3 rounds, each round for time, of: 38 Pull-ups 38 Snatches, 75/55 lbs 38 Double Unders Rest 4:20 between each round.


Also on that note, the rest of the week will be back to our regular schedule
