15 push press with PVC
15 push jerk with PVC
15 burpees

WOD

For time:

10 power cleans (155/105) (135/95) (115/75)
10 burpees

Rest 5 minutes

For time:
3 rounds 
10 push jerk (155/105) (135/95) (115/75) 
10 burpees

You will clean the bar from the ground for each set of push jerks.
