Warm up:
400m run/500m row
10x Air squats
10x Pass throughs
10x Wall balls
10x Lunges
10x Elephant walks
Hamstring stretch
Sampson stretch

Wod:
  400m run x8
1m 30sec rest between sets


*0530 Will not have a trainer tomorrow. Everyone is still welcome to show up and complete the wod though.  Enjoy!!!
