Warm Up:
400m run/500m row
10x medcine ball cleans
10x Hand release push ups
10x tuck jumps
10x Handstand push ups
sampson stretch

WOD:
team wod
100 Burpee tireflips

** You will flip the tire jump through it then step to the side and complete one burpee, then move to the back of the line. Your partner will come behind you and complete the same thing!
