Wednesday's WOD

10 rounds for time of:

10 dumbbell hang squat cleans (men's - 35# / women's 25#)
10 push-ups

You know what, that was a bit more painful than I really expected it to be. I don't know why I keep expecting it to get easier but man, I feel smoked! My shoulder blade is really achy...Can't wait to see how I'll feel tomorrow! Hooray Crossfit!

Bummed we won't see any trainers on Friday but I'm looking forward to the WOD anyway:)

Yeah, we were packed today - we need more space!!

That's the beauty of CrossFit Maria, as your capability increases, you either go faster or increase the load but it never gets easier! That's why it ellicits such a good physiologic response.

omg I SUCKED big time...all them Hawaiian food stun my performance! so, here is my horrible time. I was sucking air sooo bad. it was terrible. terrible.
