Filthy Fifty

Since most Soldiers have the day off, we have some time to perform a staple WOD you'll end up loving (some day). Game on!

Filthy Fifty
50 Box jumps 24 (inch box)
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings (1 pood)
Walking Lunge 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press (45 pounds)
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots (20 pound ball)
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

Bring your jump ropes!

ARRRGGHHH, I am "J" this is bad ass, I wish I was there for this workout. can't wait to get back to CF centrioun, but don't really care about being back in Texas. sigh

I feel like such a d-bag for only doing stinky 25,I'm going to come back tomorrow and do another round of 25 just so i can take that nasty feeling out of my mouth :(
