100 Burpees

Your legs should be nice and sore but your chest should feel good -- therefore, you can "loosen" your legs and work out your chest by doing another benchmark WOD:

100 Burpees, for time.

I would have had you do 150 burpees for time - you're getting over with 100...

Then good thing you weren't here! I'm happy with 100, fits in with the Centurion theme. So when are you going to come to the WOD's Don?

For the record, I need to do all my push ups off of my knees! Both knees look like road kill!!!

Well, I got in from Korea last night. I start another exercise this Friday and it runs until the 7th of April. Hopefully, I'll be able to come in during the exercise but I'll just have to see.
