I have a briefing tomorrow at that time, but I can definitely do Griff on my own. I would LOVE to know when that cert is so I can sign up. I'm CRAVING Crossfit knowledge.

Running backwards is going to be tough on and off the sidewalks but I've called up the West Fort Hood gym and they have a 2 lane indoor track upstairs. It'll take 16 laps to run a mile but I think the flat surface would work better. I'll be there at noon.

koolness. Will be there this time, I did not know we were meeting monday. I am def interested in being cert here. It would help me from having to travel to cali or somewhere but what a good excuse for a vacation huh? see y'all tomorrow.

I think I will use the track inside of Hood stadium for the WOD. If I did the math correctly, one lap inside the track will equal to 402 meters which will close enough for what I need it for. I hope it will be open for running at noon tommorrow. I can also use the roads by where I work but that might result in a quick trip to the ER to remove a car bumber from my backside.

Completed the WOD with a coworker on the track inside of Hood stadium. My math was a little off on how many meters one lap was. When we completed the run, my GPS told me that we had run about 100 past RX. We enjoyed the run but I think I will have trouble running during PT tommorrow.

The workout was pretty good this morning, I didn't realize the stadium was open during the day, otherwise I probably would have gone there (although the W. Ft Hood Gym was pretty sweet!). I completed the WOD in 21:15.

I would really like to help you guys out with creating a Crossfit presence on Ft Hood. I realize it's going to be a soldier led effort for the most part but I would like to offer my time to make it work. I've already seen and felt the benefits after a month and it would be nice to share that with others.

Ciao! Maria
