STRENGTH

focus on technique rather than weight.


METCON

For 3 cycles:
AMRAP in 3 mins of: 10 Box Jumps, 24/20 in 5 Handstand Push-ups Rest 1 min between each cycle. For each cycle restart the AMRAP.
