Death by Pull-ups
Every minute on the minute perform 1 pull-up then 2, then 3 until failure

Got up to 55 pounds (3 reps). Current PR on weighted pull ups is 60 so I'm feeling pretty good!

11 rounds + 8 pull ups

Hell to the NO... after a brutal week, I am surprised I made it to the gym today... 55 pound DB for 3 reps... and 12 rounds of pull ups.. no mas... see you all Next Year...
