Do you want total score or scores for each exercise?
Total: 39 (5 burpees, 12 squats, 1 dip, 11 sit ups, 10 push ups)

I subbed burpees for row (didn't know if you wanted calories or meters rowed) and moved push ups to last exercise since triceps were fried from dips!

Had a great workout.. just got home and my Triceps are burning... Dips followed by push ups sucked...

Score 48.. I used red band for ruby dips.. Yes ring dips then push ups were no bueno.
