200m SPRINT (orange line to the fire hydrant and back)
15x Kettle bell swings (2pd/1.5)
WOD 2
If it IS raining outside the WOD is
16min AMRAP
30x ab mat situps
20x Double unders or Tuck jumps
10x burpee pull ups
**There is NO choice! Coaches will decide which WOD class will do.
