2x muscle ups (sub 3pull ups 3ring dips=1 muscle up)
4x ohs 75/45
6x pistols (alt legs)

Cash out 100x double UNDERS


We Understand people want to come to CrossFit but PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR FRIENDS IF THEY HAVE NOT ATTENDED OUR FOUNDATIONS CLASS. This is disrespectful to coaches and class and people who have been waiting for foundations. Don't be THAT GUY.

4 rounds plus 3 kipping pull ups for sub muscle ups. OHS stopped at 55lbs due to wrist injury 100 double unders 7:08 bad day for those worst time so far with those

125# OHS a 15# PR!!

5 rnds + 6 pull ups+ 6 ring dips (sub for MUs)

5:28 for the DUs (blech!)
