3 rounds + 16 ABMATs. 1st Rd - RX, 2nd Rd - used 1 x ABMAT on HSPU, 3rd Rd - used 2 x ABMATs on HSPU.51 Burpees. The HSPUs is one of my goats.
3 rounds+ 200m run +20 ab mat sit ups +1 hspu 43 burpees scaled hspu on 30 inch box
3 rnds + run + 6sit ups. HSPU using the band. 35 burpees. O. M. G. is all i have to say. My legs are done.
4 rounds + 150ish m run, used abmat for HSPU.44 burpees. hardest part for sure!and I continue to walk silly from yesterday, perhaps sillier now.. ;)
2 rounds + 3/4 of 200m run15 burpees.Day two of crossfit for me.. I'm hurting but I will be back tomorrow!
