22:25... Nasty WOD.... 5rds of RX and last two went down to 135.... and yes, my hands hurt too...

Tried to RX it, but couldn't even clean 155 three times!
Hands were fine, oddly my quads were smoked. Damn you thrusters from yesterday!!
