Wednesday's WOD



Jeff sporting our t-shirt in Iraq and hitting the pull-ups!

This is a great one from the Southwest Regional Qualifiers!

For time:

50 pull-ups
50 burpees

This is a fast WOD so we will work some pressing movements for the skill tomorrow.

I'll bring in some Paleo kits tomorrow for you guys to look at - I really like them!

Also, sorry for the late post but my laptop is officially dead - thank God for Best Buy and the 3-year extended warranty!

hmmmmm...
The pushups look like a challenge. Believe or not, I actually have done 100 proper pushups before (stinkin drill sergeant dropped me in AIT!)

well, I will make sure I was my hair super good and enjoy it, I know I will get a tear and it will hurt to the extreme washing my hair after tomorrows workout.

I am at work so dont think I am up at 5am for nothing.lol

Oh shit!!!!! I was actually kinda looking forward to the 50 push ups. That's my max for the APFT.

That WOD sucked ass! Every single rep blowed monkey balls....I hated it!!! I'm so glad it's over and that we won't do it for awhile!!!!

Has anyone heard from Matt recently? He should be close to, if not already healed from his misshap with the tree.

matt is working the night shift for me, he is not getting much done out in the day and his chest still hurts like HE**. He should be healed up and back by mid june
