3 rounds for time of:

400m run
40 squats
30 sit-ups
20 push-ups
10 pull-ups

I will not be there..but I will try to do this workout if I dont go to crossfit corpus cristi. Have fun guys and see you on monday!!! excited for a killer workout on monday. lol

might have to remove the pullups....did not see that one.

Yes, you might have to do dips or something instead of pull-ups.
