Friday's WOD


For time:


150 Burpees


We will cover some rowing, let everyone pull 500 to 1k on them and then hit this WOD. It's a pretty fast WOD so we should have plenty of time for it.

Yes, I heard you were drinking last night. urpees is a good way to expel the alcohol!

I'm so glad I didn't blow chunks! But I am beat....I'm hoping the kids let me take a nap!!!
