Who is the bastard that programmed the heavy push jerks in the METCON?

Positive portion - 5x5 Push jerks
145#-155#-165#-175#-185# could have gotten 195# and probably 205#, will go heavier next time.


Negative portion - the strength WOD slowed my METCON down considerably, the push jerks at 155# SUCKED!! time = 17:40

Don your so right about the metcon being heavy after the strenght wod..i had to scale it to 135#...13:49...sluggish as hell.
