Warm up: 
Run 400m
Round the world
Pass throughs
Leg swings
10 walking lunges each leg
10 burpees
10 Kip swings


Teams of 3:
75 ground to overhead 
100 pull-ups
200 box jumps
300 DU 
*teams must be coed*
