Lets get some Team names going.

10x inch worms with push up in between

10x box jumps
1x rope climb
Run 200m forward
run 200m backward

teams of 4
50 meter sled push (down and back each member)
500 m row - Once all athletes complete the sled push the first team member can begin the row
30 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
30 Box Jumps (24/20)
400 meter sprint

Once the last athlete on the team finishes the WOD the time stops
