Half class will become cleans while other half of class begins the WOD.

4 Clean and jerk 155/115 - 115/75 - 95/65
3 Rope Climbs (15 ft)
3 Clean and jerk 185/135 - 135/95 - 115/75
5 Clean and jerk 135/95 - 95/65 - 75/45
2 Rope Climbs (15ft)
