This is a great WOD to end the year! Most people will think this is a horrible way to end the New Year. What you should do is consider this a great challenge for a finale.
Mental toughness will get most of you through the wall-balls, some of you will accept that double unders is a goat to improve next year, and those very special athletes that get to the muscle-ups, well congratulations.
This New Year, I would challenge athletes to reinforce the nine foundational movements, take yourself out of your comfort zone into some gymnastic movements, and most importantly check your ego at the door.
