6:57 scaled HSPUs on last round with chest to wall HSPUs.
16:20 scaled (B) 55#, dropped to 50# on last 2 reps during final round. Mod HSPUs & Jumping Pull ups
GREG, we got the same time!!!! 6:57. rx the weight, pull-ups and air squats. modified the HSPU to Pike push ups.
Nice job April!!! HSPUs are a huge goat of mine
