Coach B warm up
then with pvc perform the following
10x pass through
10x power cleans
10x front squats
then
10x baby elephants
10x push ups
10x ghd
1x rope climb



WOD
10 Rounds for time
10x Power Cleans 
10x Burpee over bar.
