Wednesday's WOD

3 rounds for time of:
10 Deadlifts
400m run or 500m row

Games Competitors:

4 Rounds for time of:
25 Wallballs (20#/14#)
100ft Walking lunges
3 rope climbs (15’)
(the ropes are suppossed to be up in the box, if they have not been replaced, this WOD can be postponed until later in the week until they are)

Run – 15 rounds for distance of:
Sprint 20 seconds
Rest 40 seconds
Start each round at previous round's end point
