Tuesday 5 June:

20 minutes-(EMOTM=Every min on the min)
EMOTM for 5 min 2 power snatch mod weight
EMOTM for 5 min 3 deadlift heavy weight
EMOTM for 5 min 5 push press mod weight
EMOTM for 5 min 3 front squats light weight

-Weight is changed in between the min so have it close
-CHOOSE A DIFFICULT WEIGHT!
