For time:
20 Thrusters
20 Sumo deadlift high pulls
20 Push jerks
20 Overhead squats
20 Front squats

Men 95/Women 65

This wod will have a running min clock, every min on the min the athlete will do 4 burpees and then continue on with his/her reps until complete.

Our people did that one a while back. Its amazing how fast someone can move when they don't want to do another round of burpees!
