What a smoker

I hope everyone feels as smoked as I do. Some of you guys picked great weights to use on this and ended up with a good time, some of you picked weights that could have been a little heavier.

Should be a 15-20 minute workout. Any faster and you need to up the weight or climb - but, that is all part of the learning process. This was also Erin and Reagan's second WOD of the day!!! Studettes!!

Can I request an all leg WOD??? Lunges, air squats, box jumps.....my upper body can't take much more!!!!
