Wednesday's WOD Results

Good work today! The deadlift review was good - we will get more into lifts and strength days once we are fully up and running in the new joint.

The ropes and rings arrived today and I'll be hanging them Friday - get ready to add ring dips to your warm up and get ready to learn how to climb ropes!

Also, we'll be offering evening classes on Mondays and Wednesdays at 1730 shortly!! We have a new female trainer named Alicia joining us - she is Level 1 Certified and Nutrition Certified - she'll be at FGB on Tuesday so everyone can meet here then.

We are SUPER fortunate to have so many great and diverse trainers - the more perspectives you guys get exposed to, the better athletes you will become. Make sure to take advantage of her nutrition training - she'll be preaching the same things I do...
