Nice slide shows guys, I'm sad that I'm missing out on all the fun. All is well here though. The gym is so-so. I can't ever do dumbell cleans, because everyone here is bent on bicep curls. I'm not complaining I could be in places worse than here.

Great work by everyone today! That was a great WOD by Dave and my shoulders were screaming.
