AMRAP in 20 Min
Weighted Walking Lungs x 10
5 w/weight in left arm, and 5 w/weight in right arm: Mens - 35, Womans - 10
Burpee Box Jumps x 20

Hey guys did this yesterday to see how bad it would be for you. I got 6 rounds done and Jess got 3 rounds 7 burpees. My legs were smoked when i was done too

awesome workout! the burpee box jumps were great! you have great fitness creativity. nice to switch workouts and create different intensity! you should make one and name it after you or something. see you wednesday!!! can't wait! This guy named "T" said he was going to check it out. see yah!
