Maria, your last set should be about 80% of your max. Program that in and walok the numbers backward for your starting weight.Hey, are you still in Maryland?
Don, I'm actually living in Alexandria and working in Crystal City. I love my job and I'm still helping out the warfighter as a contractor and doing much better than I was in September. I'm not a Crossfit member anywhere since membership costs roughly $150/mo, so I'm doing what I can at the local gym to safely do some WODs about 2x a week with cardio another 2x/week. I found a retired guy at the gym who's been helping me out with the C2 rowers the gym has; he's used to coach the rowing team at the high school for 20 years!Things are great here, keep up the good work and make 'em sweat!!
