Run 400m
40 x Deadlift (BW)
Row 400m
30 x Deadlift BW
Run 400m
20 x Deadlift (BW)
Row 400m
10 x Deadlift (BW)

Start on whats open rower or running, but start with the METCON portion before going to the Deadlift

I don't understand, why is this corny? It looks icky for some people with a light DL and down right easy for those with a heavy DL. Although I am a bit confused about the rowing distance, shouldn't it be 500m?
