Back Squat 5-5-5-5-5


Sectionals Participants

The Bear Complex:
5 Rounds, 7 sets of the following sequence:
Power Clean
Front Squat
Push Press
Back Squat
Push Press

You cannot put the bar down during the 7 sets, the only "rest" position is in the hip crease or in the back squat position.

Get your goat Tabata....pick two exercises and Tabata them!!!!!

Bear - 95#, 105#, 115#, 125#, 145# - could have gotten 155#, next time! Work prevented WODing yesterday so I'll make it up Thursday.

45-55-65-70-75 (PR by 10#). Would have loved to get to 85, but will take the 75.
