Who is the bastard that programmed the heavy push jerks in the METCON?Positive portion - 5x5 Push jerks145#-155#-165#-175#-185# could have gotten 195# and probably 205#, will go heavier next time.Negative portion - the strength WOD slowed my METCON down considerably, the push jerks at 155# SUCKED!! time = 17:40
Push Jerks 5x5155,135,155,165,175...Don your so right about the metcon being heavy after the strenght wod..i had to scale it to 135#...13:49...sluggish as hell.
