Front Squat

Separate these WODs by 3+ Hours
METCON:
4 Rounds For Time Of:
Swim one length of the pool on top of the water*, then one length underwater **, exit water
then 50 OHS with PVC and 25 pushups
*Use any stroke you want but try to mix them up
**Come up as needed for air but all forward movement must be underwater.

Front Squats 5,5,5,5,5,...135-155-185-225-250...Did not do METCON...stomach feeling very bad.
Did CCFFH WOD instead of the Sectionals WOD....no time to do FS and then head to Abrams.
