Run....started 7.5 to 8.5 maintained till half way point..went up to 9.0 then to 10.0 and finished at a 9.3....Hang Squat Cleans- 8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 @ 155# 30 Double unders after each round RXd a slow time of 26:20

And of course I had a setback with my back!!! GAH! Lost balance and powered one, decided to front squat it to make it count and something happened at the bottom of it and it didn't feel too good! Been icing my back and complaining all evening. Chiropractor is not going to be happy with me. It's made for a good Saturday. :)
