Quick WOD

OK monday was Long so this one is going to be quick
For Time:

10rds of
5 Walking Lung with bar held in OHS position
5 Thrusters
Men - 45, Women - 35

The key is to try and not set the bar on the ground the entire time. You can rest it in any postion, just dont set it down on the ground
