Friday's WOD

For those of you requesting a strength day, we'll compromise since we don't know for sure which trainers will be there to assist (Don, Dave, and I will not).

This was the WOD on the main site recently -- she's evil...

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

95 pound Thruster, 5 reps
95 pound Hang Powercleans, 7 reps
95 pound Sumo Deadlift High-pull, 10 reps

Womens' weight: 65 pounds

Andy did this one today and it's a good one!

Don't forget - NO CLASS MONDAY. The trainers all need a break and some family time. Enjoy your Labor Day and get ready to hit it hard next week.

Friday will be another Fight Gone Bad practice!!

Sorry Im not going to make it guys but i feel like crap, sore throat, fever and just basicly a crappy day. I should be back up in a day or to, but today is just a rest

Yep, feel better, Dave. I had to abort the workout after cleaning the weight because my wrist was hurting, so I did the 30 back extension and 25 ghd situp workout....i'll be feeling something fierce in my belly this weekend
