For Time:
10/9/8/7/6/5/4/3/2/1 Reps of clean and jerk (M: 155/95) –
In between each set you must do 5 pull ups/10 push-up/15 squats

Interesting...the opposite of Jason K and Chris S. Jason's time was 14 something and Chris' was 12 something....let's see how this pans out.

Your both right..i remember asking michael one day to explain the wod he just did and it was this one...i bonked on the C&J at 155 had to scale...but not today..ready to go.
