Warm up:
400 m run/500 m row
10 leg swings each leg
10 lunges each leg
Over the wire/under the wire 

WOD:
20 minute AMRAP
Run 400 m
Rest what you run
**if raining, coach may opt for 400 m rowing instead of running

Finisher:
10 minutes to work heavy sets of lunges with bar on your back (6 lunges per leg)
