Totally awesome today, broke my previous PR by 25lbs, today I maxed out at 150!!! :)
Great job today everyone - those front squats rocked!
It was my first PR and I really appreciated all the good advice and instruction.
Great strength WOD today. Perfect compliment to endurance training PR'd at 225 lbs.
i did front squats in my sleep. I was beat down from work and drive home.
