Fridays WOD

Well another week has passed and we are at fridays WOD again.
Here is the advanced WOD

“FRACTURED RUNNING ANGIE”

4 rounds for time of:
Run 400 Meters
25 Pullups
25 Pushups
25 Situps
25 Air Squats

For the Fundmental Class we will be going over the deadlift series
Deadlift, Sumo-deadlift-high-pull, and the Clean
the FUN WOD will be
FOR TIME
5rds of
15 Box Jumps
15 Sumo Deadlift High Pull (SDHP)(Men 45lbs, Women 35lbs)
15 Sit Ups
