Ropes, not just for looking at...

Hang squat clean (men 155# / women 105#) 9 reps

15 ft Rope climb, legless, 3 ascents






Watch the videos for rope climb demos and the WOD. Feel free to bring some high socks or clothing if you are worried about rope burns. What? Why did you think we got ropes???

Yeah, last time I did this, I only got the first round legless - all legs after that!

poop, I'm going to miss this one today. I'm still wrecked from Tue/Wed but I'll be back on Monday. Have fun with the ropes!
