Fridays WOD

1 minute of deadlifts
1 minute of double unders or jump rope
for 20 minutes

Hey Erin, I think my body has finally gotten used to your training tempo, it feels like the first time I came to Crossfit, all sorts of sore and complaining, but it's all soooo good!

Don't worry, Erin, you'll get to run a week again! We'll just start a rotation between the trainers and alternate weeks. That way everyone can program and also, everyone gets a break and can just come in and do the WOD.
