Hey Erin, I think my body has finally gotten used to your training tempo, it feels like the first time I came to Crossfit, all sorts of sore and complaining, but it's all soooo good!
Don't worry, Erin, you'll get to run a week again! We'll just start a rotation between the trainers and alternate weeks. That way everyone can program and also, everyone gets a break and can just come in and do the WOD.

Im so glad! you are doing great! im just so glad that you are there and having fun! i get such joy from watching you make it happen!
