Skill - Pistols

5 Rounds for Time of :

6 Renegade Row (35/20)
8 DB Box Jump Burpees (35/20)* 24/20 in
4 Pistols (2 each leg)


* With a 35lb DB in each hand step up on a 24 or 20 in. box then step back down and execute the push-up part of the burpee.
